Most recognized building in the world?

The White House. Hands down.

Other nominations would be the Sydney Opera House, The U.S. Capitol, and the Taj Mahal.

All true, but for non public buildings in the U.S. I would nominate first the Chrysler building in New York and the TRW building in San Francisco.

It has to be true, right, the tour guides even say that it is.

I think the more likely is that Big John may be arguably the most recognizable skyscraper. I’m inclinded to say that the Empire State Building, because of King Kong fame is #1, then maybe the Chrysler Building or the Sears Tower…afterall, Ferris Bueller did look down on Chicago from the Tower and not the Hancock.

sorry Chicago fans…Go Cardinals!
