I was just reminded that something positive happened in that tumultuous month of April 1968–the signing of the National Fair Housing Act. Based on the numbers, the majority of fair housing discrimination complaints last year came from persons with disabilities and issues of race-based discrimination. Something to think about as we re-live that pivotal year of 1968…
