I work in Fairfax and I can tell you, a Democrat-Republican contest here will really depend on who they nominate. Apparently the Republicans are running Keith Fimian (http://www.keithfimian.com/). I have no idea who he is. You can tell from the republican district web page this area of Virginia is pretty much Reagan Republican territory (http://www.va11gop.org/main/).

Here are the Democratic candidates (http://www.11thdistrictdemocrats.org/). I also know none of them.

So it’s no one verses no one.

What I take from that comment is that there are some not so bright folks working in Fairfax ;)
